Rebecca Murray (Bec) is a Kamilaroi and Wailwan woman from Nixon /Chatfield mob, born in Gandangara nation. Bec leverages her expertise in health systems to drive impactful initiatives. With a strong foundation in Aboriginal health, Rebecca began her career as an Aboriginal Health Trainee with NSW Health. Over the years, Bec has worked through various non-clinical roles within Primary and Community Health, Trauma, and Cancer Services, in both identified and non-identified positions. Bec is deeply committed to advocating for cultural health and wellbeing, ensuring that the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are met with sensitivity and respect within government settings.
